The Golfer's Advent Calendar: 24 Real Golf Accessories, One Behind Every Door

It arrived in Sep and lasted about twenty minutes before the first door was opened. Then the second. Then the fifth for some reason. My husband has absolutely no self-control, but he's very happy with it. A successful present in my book.

This was a present for my husband, but our grandson was far more excited about opening it. They sat together and worked out what each golf item was for. It was lovely to watch and the little accessories have all gone into Grandad's golf bag

My son comes to the practice green with me, and we've been opening a door together before we start. He loves finding the item and asking what it does. The tees and practice ball have already been put to use. It's become a nice bit of time together

Not every item is something I would have bought individually, but that's part of an advent calendar. There are plenty of useful pieces mixed in. The ball marker, divot tool, tees and bag accessories alone made it worthwhile for me

I assumed it would mostly be tees and ball markers, but there's more variety than I expected. The brushes, counters, clips and little repair tools are handy. A couple of the smaller items won't get much use from me, but overall it's a solid gift and nicely presented.
